In September 2024 we took a decisive step in our history: we officially inaugurated our 3D printing service in Mexico, with a factory equipped with our large-format industrial 3D printers. This first year has been a journey full of successful projects, satisfied customers and the confirmation that Mexico is a strategic market for the growth of additive manufacturing in Latin America.
From the beginning, we decided to bring to Mexico the best of our engineering developed over more than 10 years in the industry. Our facilities in CDMX have a complete fleet of Trideo equipment, designed to respond to high level industrial needs and offer the best 3D printing service in CDMX:
Among our most outstanding equipment is the Dual T, equipped with the IDEX (Independent Dual Extruder) system. This technology allows us to print two pieces simultaneously or combine different materials in a single print, doubling productivity without sacrificing quality.
Our factory also has several T-600, capable of producing parts up to 600 x 600 x 600 mm with superior precision. These printers are ideal for companies that require large components with professional finishes, from industrial spare parts to advanced prototyping functional parts.
In Mexico we also introduced the T-600 HT, specialized in printing technical materials such as ABS, ASA, PC, Nylon, Ultem and carbon fiber composites. Thanks to its heated chamber and high performance extruders, we have accompanied demanding projects in sectors such as automotive, aerospace and advanced manufacturing.
Our flagship equipment at the CDMX plant is the Big T, with a printing volume of 1 cubic meter (1000 x 1000 x 1000 mm). This model allows us to manufacture large-scale parts in a single print, accelerating production thanks to its high-flow extruder, without losing detail or strength. With this equipment we have materialized sculptures, architectural prototypes and industrial structures of great impact.
